How can I purchase SymbianWave's programs?
You can buy our applications on-line. To buy, select the desired application and then click a 'Buy' icon on the product's page.
I want to sell the device with with the registered programm to someone / I want to sell the licence already paid by me.
The licence can't be sold or given to another person. Only the one who has the generated registration code owes it. The transfer to the third person automatically annuls it.
I've got a P800/P900. Where to find its IMEI?
Switch to the call mode. Enter *#06# as a number to call. Your IMEI will be shown.
I've got a Psion. Where to find its UID?
Tap "System" silk icon. Then press Shift+Ctrl+Q keys. You'll see a Machine information screen. Your Psion UID will be shown as "Unique id".
How long should I wait for the unlocking code?
If you have entered your email, name and device IMEI/UID correctly then you can expect to get the code right after the ordering.
The registration code is not valid. What should I do?
Do not worry. Please reply the original order-confirmation you got from us to
support@symbianwave.com. We will answer you ASAP.
I've lost (changed, upgraded) my device and old code does not work (device IMEI/UID changed). What should I do?
You are eligible to get 1 (one) new code for that type of device. Ask
support@symbianwave.com for the new code. Please produce proofs of replacement.
I registered your program a lot of time ago. Now I'd like to update it. Should I buy a new registration code?
No. Your code will work on all versions, existing and future.
